round 2……

So I wanted to start off by apologizing to my readers for my spelling, and grammar! hahah and also for the week it took me to blog. As I said I’m new at this type of jazz, so I’m still learning! but also this week i caught a bit of the flu coming home from Odessa so that took a lot of life out of me mid week. So not only did we take one off the chin that night but i took two right off the button by catching the flu on the way home… hahaha feeling better now though so no worries if you see me, you don’t have to run to the nearest hand sanitizer to disinfect.

But yesterdays game against corpus was a good one! felt good in  a lot of ways!!!!! I think every year when you start with a new team its always important to get a win early to make your team identity and get that confidence. Our first two games caused a little stumble, but a little stumble in a long season is just that….pretty darn little :) !! but i thought our team really battled hard on Saturday. Yea we weren’t perfect but I thought we worked harder, and that is the identity we plan on having! and our fans were great!!! we had a nice loud building to come home to and get the train back on track! So that my little worker bee’s that is the honey to the hive!!! But being this blog is a little short and sweet, i will hit you all with a nice one mid week here to get you all over the hump!! till than, “keep your feet on the ground and reach for the stars”!!!

“if it aint rough it aint right”

Great game Saturday night, guys seemed to be playing more comfortably together. Great effort by all involved and Andy really seemed to see the puck well. Tough weekend ahead hope you guys prepare with a good week of practices. Keep it goin!!
