A WHITE CHRISTMAS

Well its a nice feeling to be able to sit down and throw a christmas blog out while sitting at my house in michigan. With our schedule this year it allowed the guys who wanted to go home for the holiday the opportunity. It has been awesome, even though i’ve only been home for a day and a half, i cant begin to explain how refreshing it feels. The good old feeling of stepping off the plane into cold weather was refreshing to me at least ha. Although i do like the golf all year round and the sun, winter season just feels right to me cloudy and snowy! Also for anyone who has ever been to the little town of frankenmuth you’d think it was the little town of bethlahem with how christmasy it gets. My town of frankenmuth has the worlds….mmm hmm i said WORLDS largest christmas store, its actually the size of three football fields rammed with christmas inside and out all year round! Needless to say its pretty intense, but than again also fun to look at. So when i was able to come home and drive into town with it snowing outside I felt a little bit like maybe i boarded the polar express in McAllen and not continental ha.

As far as hockey goes, this christmas break is great too. We were able to have a good finish into the break by winning two out of three games.Than followed by jamming christmas music in the locker room as we walked out feeling good and excited to go home for the holidays. I dont think  you can ask for much better and I think everyone was feeling the same way, excited to see if they made the good boy list in a few days! haha So I hope everyone is having as good as a christmas holiday as I’m in michigan, and no matter where your travels or family take you i hope its all the best!!

here is a little something from frankenmuth, and don’t forget that world class candy ships anywhere in the world….. great for parties and especially new years!! ;)
