Good things come to those who wait…

Well i know its been to long, darnet all i apologize. We have finally had a week here with what we can call a break. After the month of November it was welcomed with open arms that’s for sure!! I believe we had 18 game in 36 days or something like that through November and into December, so a long week and only one game Friday feels really good!

For example we were able to have our booster Christmas party at south padre island!. It was a great time for everybody, the players were able to cut loose and relax and i think so were the boosters :) . Although our bus broke down in the morning and caused us to be a few hours late the boosters were still very gracious and showed us an amazing time, with great food and fun times!! now after getting the Christmas spirit spread hard throughout the team we were able to head to a weak of pounding it out of us on the ice! haha We’ve been in a little hiccup our last few games so it was back to the basics for us this week, and alot of grinding it out! But its sometimes what ya need to do when you sometimes start a skid…. just go back to basics and just simple and hard work till ya get back on track again.

So as were getting close to puck drop here against corpus, i have a good feeling about how our team is going to be this weekend. I though we had a great week of practice and the guys really seem to have alot of jump this morning at pre game skate… so i think the minute of madness tonight in the hive will be a good one! haha might wanna pack the ear muffs for that one! but now its off to relax before the game tonight for me but i don’t want to leave you empty handed, so i left you a lil show into Wylie’s career outside the pipes!! so he took you outta the pipes and into his kitchen!!!!

enjoy it!!!

    Zak,

You all did AWESOME on Friday night. You could visibly see SOO MUCH of an improvement from the “bad streak” that you all had been on lately. I am glad that you all won. It also looked like you guys were having a lot of fun out there. :)

Enjoyed the video of Wylie cooking. I am not much of a seafood eater, but it was cool to see him make everything from scratch. We enjoy all of your videos that you make, they are always fun to watch.

Also, if you could, please say thank you to the guys that were at the mall for Salvation Army the other day. They were nice enough to sign my jerseys for me, and I greatly appreciate it. I think it is pretty cool that you guys get out into the community and try and make a difference.

You guys have a great week! See you on Friday! Go Bees!!!
